Management Agreement

This MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT is made this (DATE: day/month/year) by and between the following individuals:

1. Nature of Business

Dr Issam Harfouche listed above hereby agree that he shall be considered the one and only manager of the Miss …………….. Modeling career for the following purpose:
To build the modeling portfolio to the model.
To introduce the model to the world of business.

Miss …………… listed above hereby agree that she will be considered model under the management of Dr Issam Harfouche for the following purpose:
To build her own portfolio under the direction of Dr Issam Harfouche.
To make Profit in all areas of his competence.
To have Dr Issam Harfouche the one and only manager of her modeling career.

2. Name

The modeling career shall be conducted under the name of Jameelati TopModels and shall maintain offices at Dr Issam Harfouche place in Jounieh Highway, Lebanon.

3. Day-To-Day Operation

The model shall provide her full-time services and best efforts on behalf of the business agreement. No model shall receive a salary for services rendered to build her own portfolio and skills in our studios and offices. Dr Issam Harfouche shall have all rights to manage and control the model’s career and its business. It is understood that the model may accept or refuse any modeling offer according to the profit and benefit scale.

4. Profits

The profits of any offer to the model shall be divided by the partners according to a mutually agreeable schedule and at the end of each calendar month according to the proportions listed below:
1/3 (one third) belongs to Dr Issam Harfouche as management expenses and shall be used to pay all creditors such as photo sessions, mobile calls, fuel charges, heater, AC, taxes … etc the rested amount is divided equally.

5. Term/Termination

The term of this Agreement shall be for a period of 7 years, unless the partners mutually agree in writing to a shorter or longer period. Should the partnership be terminated anytime by a mutual Agreement.

6. Disputes

This Partnership Agreement shall be governed by the laws and arbitration judgment of the Country of Lebanon for any disputes arising between the partners as a result of this Agreement.

7. Non-Compete Agreement

A model who withdraws from the Agreement shall not directly or indirectly engage in a business which is or which would be competitive with the existing or then anticipated business of the partnership for a period of 5 years.
